Sweatrope™ Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship nationwide across South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door courier.

Estimated delivery time:
8–15 business days from dispatch date.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Free Shipping 

No additional costs to customers! 


4. Courier Delays & External Factors

While we work with trusted couriers, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High parcel volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Load shedding

  • Strikes

  • Remote area delivery schedules

  • Public holidays

  • Any circumstances beyond our control

Once your order has been handed to Aramex, delivery is managed by the courier.

We are not liable for courier delays outside of our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries

  • Re-delivery fees may apply

  • No refunds will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer


7. Failed Deliveries / Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer may be required to pay a re-shipping fee.

Refunds (if approved) will exclude original shipping costs.


8. Delivery Confirmation

A parcel is considered delivered when:

  • Courier tracking shows successful delivery

  • Delivered to the provided address

  • Signed for or left at premises per courier policy

We are not liable for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.


9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of packaging

  • Product images

  • Order number

We will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable resolution if applicable.


10. High-Risk Areas

Certain remote or high-risk areas may experience longer delivery times.
Customers in these areas accept extended delivery windows.
